The following terms
apply:
1.
If at any time in its life this dog can no longer stay with you, seller
shall be contacted and has first right of
refusal to purchase the dog back and or help in reselling or replacing the dog. Buyer agrees to keep in
contact with the kennel during this dogs lifetime, furnishing updates on the
dogs well being.
2. Seller strongly recommends
that Buyer attend socialization and/or obedience classes and provide proper
socialization opportunities for the Dog/Bitch. Seller shall not be held
responsible for acts of Dog/Bitch which are due to Buyers negligence. No
provisions will be made for owners who are unable to train, the dog to its full
advantage.
3.
This dog will be micro-chipped or tattooed with AKC Registration number
at appropriate age. The buyer agrees to provide a safe and secure home for this
dog, to include proper veterinarian care, health care, including heartworm
preventative and a fenced in yard for the security of the dog.
4.
The seller guarantees this dog to be in good health at the time of
arrival. The buyer has 72 hours to
have this dog checked by the vet of their choice, and their money refunded in
full if they decide not to keep the dog.
5.
The seller guarantees this dog to be in good genetic health.
If at any time this dog develops a major genetic health problem, the
seller must be contacted, and has the right to have the dog examined by a vet of
seller’s choice. If the dog does
have major genetic problems, the seller will replace the dog as soon as possible
with proof of spaying and or neutering...and the original dog may or may not
have to be returned to the seller.
6.
All dogs being sold as pets must be
spayed and or neutered. AKC registration papers will be withheld until a letter
from the vet is received who preformed the surgery. All pet quality dogs will be
sold on a limited registration basis with AKC. This dog is not to be registered
with any other registry for the purpose of breeding, unless permission is given
by the breeder in writing. Heart-Throbs reserves the right to fine the Buyer
$1500.00 or repossess the dog for any breach of contract.
